Barrier Laminated Films (Multilayer Laminated Films)
In most cases, in the cross sections of barrier films, the inner is made up of polyethylene sealing layer, the outer layer is thin and the middle layer of the barrier is of microscopic thickness. It is to be noted that the composition of the barrier material is most important in determining its permeability and not its thickness. Both coextruded processing and dry lamination are available for choice. There are clear films, matte films and metalized films. Our patented technique is to produce the film surface with partially matte or glossy.

All of our side gusset bags come with a robust K seal as standard and can be fitted with a round, one-way degassing valve if required. The fin seal can be centred on the back panel or positioned in the corner to keep the rear side of the bag smooth and blank for labels, printed text or images.
